Matt Gilbert, SVP, Business Development

Matt Gilbert joined Webloyalty.com in 2006 to lead its business development efforts. As SVP of Business Development, Matt leads an integrated team of Business Development and Account Management professionals and has overall responsibility for the Company's revenue generation activities and client relationships. Matt brings 15 years of sales and sales management experience with a concentration in digital marketing to his role. Prior to joining Webloyalty, Matt served as a founder and SVP of IAC/InterActive Corp's Advertising Solutions Group. In this capacity Matt held a key leadership position and had direct responsibility for all paid listings advertising revenue and advertiser relationships. Prior to Ask.com's acquisition by IAC/Interactive Corp, Matt led Ask's North American sales force and was a member of the management team credited with orchestrating the turnaround of Ask.com. Before IAC, Matt served as Director of Sales for Excite@Home where he was responsible for teams selling display advertising, rich media and lead generation products. Matt began his career as a Series 7 licensed financial consultant and subsequently joined Narrative Communications where he helped pioneer the acceptance of the Enliven rich media advertising technology.

Matt holds a B.A. in Politics from Brandeis University.
