Richard Fernandes

Chief Executive Officer & Founding Partner

Rick's 15 years of experience in direct and interactive marketing include several key roles at CUC International, Inc. As General Manager, he grew CUC's Auto Service from a start-up venture to a $100-million-dollar-a-year revenue producer. As President of CUC Interactive Services, he launched many of CUC's major Internet programs. And as President of Spark Services, a CUC subsidiary, he delivered innovative, database-driven, classified advertising to the radio industry.

Rick received A BSE in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from Princeton University with honors and an MBA from Harvard Business School.

Vincent D'Agostino

President & Founding Partner

A leading expert in insurance direct marketing, Vince is one of the founders and is the President of webloyalty.com. Prior to that, as its President, he grew Benefit Consultants, Inc, a large insurance direct marketer, by over 75% to $400MM in annualized premium in 3 years. Previously, Vince served in several senior general management and IT functions at CUC International, Inc. He was CUC International's CIO, its Senior Vice President of Telemarketing, and Executive Vice President and the General Manager of CUC's flagship shopping service, Shoppers Advantage. Before joining CUC, Vince was a consultant with Arthur Andersen & Co.

Vince received an MBA from Harvard University, and a BS in Mathematics and an MS in Operations Research from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.

Gary Cacace

Chief Technology Officer

Gary is a 21-year veteran of the Information Technology industry, and has worked hands-on with a wide variety of technologies. Industry background includes Brokerage, Banking and Beverage experience with a focus on the latest technologies and their applicability to strategic business initiatives. Prior to joining webloyalty.com in early 2000, Gary spent 7-1/2 years with Pepsi-Cola International leading a variety of key business initiatives including the architecture, development and implementation of their global intranet as well as their international Marketing data warehousing systems.

Gina Carey

Senior Vice President, Finance

As senior vice president, finance for Webloyalty.com, Gina oversees a department which manages all transaction processing, forward-looking projections, financial reporting and internal controls for the company.

Gina joined Webloyalty.com in 1999, after 10 years of in a variety of financial management positions. Her prior experience includes tenure with MemberWorks, Inc., where she participated in preparing the finance department for an initial public offering and worked to implement processing efficiencies and system controls. Prior, Gina was the controller of an office equipment distributor, where she was responsible for all aspects of accounting and finance, including cost containment, new system implementations, inventory management, credit and collections, forecasting and cash management. Gina holds a BS from the University of Connecticut and is an affiliate of the Connecticut Society of Certified Public Accountants.

Eli Chalfin

Senior Vice President, Account Management

Eli brings over a decade of executive-level experience at direct marketing and internet advertising companies. He served as the Chief Marketing Officer of the Vendare Group, an online database and direct marketing company. Prior to that, Eli served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Blink.com. Before joining Blink.com, Eli served on the executive committee at DoubleClick where he was Vice President of Dartmail. Prior to DoubleClick, Eli was Vice President of Product Management at Cendant, where he was responsible for the company's flagship credit card protection service. He also served as the Vice President of Marketing for Cendant, heading the largest outbound telemarketing operation in the country.

Eli earned his BA in Economics and Psychology from The University of Michigan and his MBA from Harvard's Graduate School of Business Administration.

Martin Child

Managing Director, Europe

Martin joined the senior management team of Webloyalty in 2006 with responsibility for establishing the company in Europe, through its headquarters in the UK. Martin brings over 20 years of direct marketing, Internet, interactive and business management experience to the position.

Prior to Webloyalty, Martin was the vice president, sales and marketing, Europe for Yahoo Search Marketing (Yahoo Search Marketing acquired Overture Search Services in 2003). His responsibilities included management of over $500 million in revenue and 250 employees. Before Yahoo Search Marketing, Martin served as managing director, BBDO Interactive, UK from 1996-2001. Under his tenure, the organization grew to over 100 people with revenues of approximately $18 million. Martin has also held management positions at Clarke Hooper Consulting, an international sales and promotional services agency and LGM Marketing Services, a top-twenty UK sales promotion and direct marketing agency.

Matt Gilbert

Senior Vice President, Business Development

Matt joined Webloyalty's senior management team in 2006 to lead the company's business development efforts. Prior to joining Webloyalty, Matt served as SVP of IAC/Interactive Corp's Search Marketing practice for 5 years where he was directly responsible for all search advertising revenue & customer relationships, and the day to day operations of Search Sales and Client Services. Prior to IAC, Matt served as Director of Sales for Excite@Home where he was responsible for teams selling display advertising, rich media and lead generation products. Matt began his career as a Series 7 licensed financial consultant and subsequently joined Narrative Communications where he helped pioneer the acceptance of the Enliven rich media advertising technology.

Martin Isaac

Senior Vice President, Marketing

In 1999, after a decade of increasingly responsible direct marketing/product management positions at CUC International, Marty joined webloyalty.com. At CUC, Marty ran the fulfillment department, managed product marketing and development for the company's auto and dining segments, and launched CUC's DirectTV marketing campaign. Most recently, Marty was VP of Marketing and Product Development for the Travel membership sector, CUC's largest membership service. Prior to his tenure at CUC, Marty worked at General Electric in Corporate Marketing, and at GE Plastics in Sales.

Jeffrey Kendall

Senior Vice President, Information Technology and Operations

Jeff joined the company in 1999, after 10 years with CUC International in both systems and direct marketing. For much of his tenure with CUC, Jeff worked in the Entertainment Publications subsidiary as Senior Vice President of Systems and General Manager of the Youth Fundraising Division. His most recent CUC position was as Senior Vice President of Operations in the Membership Services Division.

Sloane Levy

Senior Vice President, General Counsel

Sloane Levy serves as senior vice president and general counsel for Webloyalty.com with responsibility for guiding the company in all legal and compliance functions. She has over 15 years’ experience overseeing corporate and legal matters at law firms and companies. Prior to joining Webloyalty.com, Levy was vice president, general counsel for Harte-Hanks, Inc., a $1 billion direct marketing company. She also directed the legal and human resource functions at Modem Media, Inc., a $70-million Internet marketing and advertising company.

Levy received an honors degree in juris doctor from George Washington University and a bachelor of art degree in economics and government from Clark University. Levy is admitted to the bar in New York and Connecticut.

David Lynch

Senior Vice President, Corporate Development and Corporate Marketing

David joined webloyalty's senior management team in 2006 to lead the company's corporate development marketing efforts. David brings over 20 years of traditional marketing, digital/direct marketing, and general management and operations experience. Prior to joining webloyalty.com David was the senior operating officer and Managing Director, North America East for Modem Media, a Digitas Inc. company and a leading Interactive Marketing Services agency. Before joining Modem Media, David served as marketing director for Evian Bottled Water at the Danone Group. Prior to this, David held multiple brand management positions at Pepsi-Cola Company within the company's soft drink division. He began his career in sales and management positions within Dun & Bradstreet Corporation's Marketing Services division.

David received a BA in History from Middlebury College and received his MBA from the Amos Tuck School at Dartmouth College.
