Webloyalty Adds Seniour vice President to Its Leadership Team To Drive Corporate Development Initiatives
Newly Appointed SVP David Lynch Brings Valuable Marketing and General Management Expertise to Webloyalty
NORWALK, CT, May, 22, 2006— Webloyalty, a leading interactive marketing services company, today announced the appointment of David Lynch to the position of senior vice president, reporting to Rick Fernandes, CEO. With more than 20 years of traditional marketing, digital/direct marketing, and general management and operations experience, Lynch will be charged with developing new business initiatives that complement the company's successful subscription marketing services -- adding increased value to its growing client and customer base.

Prior to joining Webloyalty, Lynch served as Managing Director, North America East for Modem Media, a Digitas Inc. Company, and a leading interactive marketing services agency. Lynch led the operations of the company's headquarters in Norwalk, as well as the company's Atlanta office, while leading all functional disciplines including account services, creative, project management, technology, media, consulting, data analytics and research.
Before joining Modem Media, Lynch served as marketing director for Evian Bottled Water at the Danone Group. Prior to this, Lynch held multiple brand management positions at Pepsi-Cola Company within the company's soft drink division. Lynch began his career in sales and management positions within Dun & Bradstreet Corporation's Marketing Services division.
Lynch is a graduate of Middlebury College and received his M.B.A. from the Amos Tuck School at Dartmouth College.
