WEBLOYALTY SETTLES CONSUMER CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT


NORWALK, CT — August 14, 2009 — Webloyalty.com today announced that the settlement of the consumer class action lawsuit filed against the company in September 2006 has now become final. Last month, the U.S. District Court for the District of Massachusetts approved the terms of the settlement and ordered dismissal of all claims against Webloyalty. The order became effective today in accordance with the court rules.
