Webloyalty Selects New Senior Vice President, General Counsel


NORWALK, CT, March 28, 2007- Webloyalty.com, a leading provider of technology-based, online marketing services, today announced the appointment of Sloane Levy as senior vice president, general counsel and member of the company's leadership team. Reporting to CEO Rick Fernandes, Levy will be responsible for Webloyalty's in-house legal and compliance department.

"Sloane has over 15 years' experience successfully managing legal functions at marketing companies. Her knowledge in the areas of consumer privacy and compliance will enable Webloyalty.com to continue to lead in these areas," said Rick Fernandes, CEO and co-founder, Webloyalty.com.

Prior to Webloyalty.com, Levy was vice president, general counsel for Harte-Hanks, Inc., a large direct marketing company. She was responsible for all legal aspects of compliance and privacy. Levy also directed the legal and human resource functions at Modem Media, Inc., an Internet marketing and advertising company, which was acquired by Digitas, Inc.

Levy received her juris doctor degree from George Washington University and a bachelor of arts degree from Clark University.
