WEBLOYALTY APPOINTS A CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER
NORWALK, CT, November 21, 2008 – Webloyalty (http://www.webloyalty.com), a leading provider of incremental revenue for online businesses, today announced the appointment of Bart Catalane as chief financial officer and member of the senior management team. Reporting to CEO Rick Fernandes, Catalane will be responsible for expanding and streamlining financial systems, helping to integrate the operations of two recently acquired companies and facilitating the company’s capital raising, treasury, tax and merger and acquisition activities.

Bart comes to Webloyalty.com from LIN Television Corporation where he served as CFO of that public company which, through its 29 television stations and Web sites, reached an average of over 10 million households per week. Prior to LIN, Bart was President and COO of Ziff-Davis Media where he helped to diversify and grow the business online and turn the company from a $45 million loss to a $20 million profit within 2 years. Bart also held various prior senior management and CFO positions with companies including TMP Worldwide and Capital Cities/ABC’s Television and Radio Broadcast Divisions. Bart began his career working as a CPA and staff auditor for Coopers & Lybrand in New York City.
Bart received an MBA with High Distinction from Babson College and a BS in Finance from Fairfield University.
